EMAIL DELIVERABILITY SOLUTIONS FOR B2B REVENUE TEAMS

Your best campaign is dying in spam folders. You'd never know.

VanceSentinental checks the DNS-level health of your sending domains on a set schedule — authentication, blacklists, config drift — and reports back the moment something breaks, in plain English, before it costs you a quarter of pipeline. Delivered as reports and fixes, not a dashboard you have to trust to stay up.

HOW IT WORKS

Three stages, none of them touch your inbox.

01

Connect

Point VanceSentinental at your sending domain — DNS records only. No mailbox access, no email content ever read, live in under ten minutes.

02

Monitor

VanceSentinental checks SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment, scans your sending IPs and domains against major RBL blacklists, and watches for silent config drift — continuously, on a schedule, with no one at the keyboard.

03

Alert

The moment something breaks, you get a plain-English alert — what failed, why it matters, and exactly what to change — instead of finding out three weeks later from a quarter of missing replies.

SEE IT IN ACTION — REAL, LIVE, IN YOUR BROWSER

Type a domain. We'll actually check it.

This runs a real SPF, DMARC, and MX lookup against public DNS the moment you hit enter — over your own browser's connection, nothing routed through our servers, nothing logged anywhere. Type a real domain (yours, a competitor's, anything) and you'll get its actual current records. DKIM and blacklist status need more than DNS alone can answer — your mail provider's DKIM selector, and your server's actual sending IP — so those two stay part of the full paid audit rather than being faked here.

FOUR MORE, FREE, NO EMAIL REQUIRED

Free tools that live right in the guides.

Same rule as above — everything below runs entirely in your browser. Paste your own record in, or build one from scratch, and see it for real.

Free tool

SPF lookup counter

Paste your raw SPF record and count every include/a/mx/ptr/exists mechanism against the RFC 7208 limit of 10 — with a full breakdown of what's using up your lookups.

SPF record builder

Tick the sending tools you actually use — Google Workspace, SendGrid, HubSpot, and a dozen others — and get a correctly-ordered SPF record built for you, ready to paste into DNS.

60-SECOND SELF-ASSESSMENT

How exposed is your sending domain, really?

Six questions, answered from what you already know — this isn't a DNS lookup like the tool above, it's a self-assessment, scored live as you click. Be honest with "not sure" where it applies; that's a real signal too.

INSIDE VANCESENTINENTAL

We monitor our own sending domains on the exact same checks.

VanceSentinental reads DNS records and public blacklist data — nothing else. It never touches the content of your email, never needs mailbox or inbox access, and never sees a single message you send. Checks run on schedule in the background; what reaches you is a written report and an alert email, not a portal you have to trust to stay online.

MONITORING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Scheduled reports, not a live dashboard to babysit.

Every tier below runs the same checks on a fixed schedule and delivers a written report plus an alert email when something breaks — there's no portal you have to log into or trust to stay online. Annual billing is available on every tier at roughly two months free.

Priced in USD — standard for B2B software sold internationally. Paid by wire or card to an Indian account and converted to INR automatically on arrival.

ENGAGEMENTS & INFRASTRUCTURE

We fix it and manage it — not just report on it.

Every product below used to include a few pure diagnostic reports — a domain scan, a reputation history, a lookalike-domain check. We cut them: Cloudflare's own free DMARC Management tool, and half a dozen other vendors, already give away that exact deliverable. What's left is work nobody automates or gives away — the change actually made in your DNS, the policy actually managed over weeks, the certificate paperwork actually handled.

Fix it, hands-on

We make the changes directly in your own DNS, or manage the policy over time
First-time setup

Email Infrastructure Setup

$600
one-time

For a brand-new domain or product launch with no sending history yet. We configure SPF, DKIM, and a phased DMARC policy correctly from day one, instead of retrofitting it after something breaks.

Best for: a brand-new domain or product launch with no sending history yet.
  • For new domains or new product launches
  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured from scratch
  • Verified working before we consider it done
  • Delivered with a plain-English setup summary

Full VMC lifecycle

BIMI-as-a-Service

$3.5–5k
one-time · certificate cost passed through

Every free BIMI generator stops at the DNS record. We handle the part that's actually hard: the Verified Mark Certificate paperwork with the issuing authority, the compliant logo file, and rendering QA across Gmail, Yahoo, and Apple Mail.

Best for: DMARC-enforced companies who don't want to deal with a Certificate Authority themselves.
  • Confirms DMARC enforcement prerequisite is met
  • We coordinate the VMC application directly with the CA
  • Compliant SVG logo file prepared to spec
  • Rendering QA across Gmail, Yahoo, and Apple Mail

Transport security

MTA-STS & TLS Reporting Setup

$500–900
one-time

SPF/DKIM/DMARC stop someone from spoofing you — this stops someone from intercepting mail in transit. Free generators write the record in thirty seconds; deploying enforce mode without breaking legitimate mail is what we actually manage.

Best for: security-conscious buyers and procurement-heavy deals who ask about transport encryption, not just spoofing.
  • MTA-STS DNS record and policy file, staged rollout
  • TLS-RPT enabled for delivery visibility
  • Exact policy file provided for your own web server
  • Verified enforcing before we consider it done

WHAT WE GUARANTEE

What's promised, and what honestly can't be.

No one can honestly guarantee your inbox placement rate or how many replies you get — anyone who does is selling you something they can't back up. Here's what we actually commit to, in writing, on every engagement.

Fixed price, quoted upfront

Every one-time engagement's price is quoted before work starts and stays fixed for the scope agreed — no surprise line items after the fact.

Nothing changed without sign-off

Hardening Sprints and DMARC rollouts get your explicit approval before any DNS record is touched — you keep full ownership and visibility the whole time.

Written before/after verification

Every fix-and-verify engagement ends with a written report showing the exact state before and after — not just a claim that it's handled.

Delivered on the timeline quoted

If something's going to run past the estimate you were given, you hear about it before the deadline passes — not after.

PRODUCT ROADMAP

One report type available today. Two more on the way.

A small, deliberately small, set of report-based products for the parts of B2B revenue infrastructure that quietly break and nobody notices until it costs a deal. Every one of them is a scheduled check delivered as a report — none of them are a live system you have to depend on.

HOW WE OPERATE

Built the way security-conscious buyers expect.

DNS-only access

VanceSentinental reads public DNS and blacklist records. It never requests mailbox, inbox, or send-on-behalf-of access.

Zero AI in the check path

Every check is a deterministic DNS or blacklist lookup — no model, no hallucination risk, fully auditable logic end to end.

No email content, ever

Nothing you send is read, stored, or scanned. VanceSentinental watches infrastructure health, not message contents.

Every engagement, human-reviewed

Hardening Sprints and Enterprise onboarding are scoped and signed off by our team before any work starts — no black box.

LEADERSHIP

The people accountable for every check we run.

VanceSentinental is a single-founder operation, on purpose — every check, every report, and every reply comes from the same person, not a support queue.

FAQ

Questions worth answering upfront.

Does VanceSentinental ever read my email content?
No. VanceSentinental only reads public DNS records for your sending domains and checks them against public blacklist databases. It never requests mailbox access and never sees the content of anything you send.
Where is VanceSentinental based?
We're a remote-first team. Most clients are in the US, UK, and UAE — alerts and reporting run on schedules matched to your timezone, not ours.
What actually breaks deliverability, and how does VanceSentinental catch it?
Most commonly: an SPF record that silently exceeds its lookup limit, a DKIM key that expires or gets misconfigured after a provider change, a DMARC policy nobody set correctly in the first place, or a sending IP that lands on a blacklist after one bad campaign. VanceSentinental checks all of these on a schedule and alerts you the moment one changes state.
My replies already dropped off — can VanceSentinental fix that?
Ongoing monitoring catches problems going forward. If you're already broken, start with a Hardening Sprint — a one-time engagement to diagnose and fix what's wrong now — then move onto VanceSentinental so it stays fixed.
How fast can I get set up?
Under 10 minutes. You add the DNS records VanceSentinental needs to check (nothing needs to change on your existing setup) and monitoring starts immediately.
What's Radar and Verified — do I need to buy those too?
No — they're separate, optional products rolling out later, offered first to existing VanceSentinental customers. VanceSentinental works completely on its own.
We need Enterprise pricing and a security overview before we can move forward — how does that work?
Send us your domain count, reporting requirements, and any procurement documentation you need through the contact form below — we'll come back with scoped pricing and our data-handling overview directly, no self-serve checkout for this tier.
