What this actually is

The Hardening Sprint is the actual fix: instead of a report describing what's wrong with your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration, we make the changes directly in your own DNS records, which you continue to own and control the whole time. It starts with a short technical review of your current setup — free tools can tell you pass/fail on each record, but they don't tell you which fix is safe to make first without breaking mail flow, and they don't make the change for you.

Every change is verified after it's made, and you get a before/after report showing exactly what was wrong and what it looks like now, so there's a paper trail if anyone on your team or a client ever asks.

How it's delivered

  • Starts with a technical review of your current SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup — what to actually do about it, not a repeat of what a free checker already told you.
  • We fix what's broken directly in your DNS, record by record, with your sign-off before each change.
  • A written before/after verification report once every fix is confirmed working.
  • Optional hand-off onto ongoing monitoring (Starter/Growth/Agency) once the sprint is done, if you want someone watching it going forward.

What we need from you to start

  • Your domain name(s) that need the work.
  • A DNS admin who can apply records on your behalf — that can be you, your IT team, or your domain registrar's support desk.
  • We tell that person exactly what record to add, change, or remove, and verify it after. We do not ask for login credentials to your DNS panel or registrar account, and nothing changes without your sign-off first.

How payment works

Priced by scope — the number of domains, how much is already broken, and how complex your current sending setup is. We quote a fixed price after a quick look at your domain(s), before any work starts.

Once we agree on scope and a fixed price, we send a secure Razorpay payment link by email — no card details are ever handled outside Razorpay's own checkout. Nothing is billed before you've seen and approved the number.
