What this actually is

BIMI puts your verified logo next to your name in the recipient's inbox. Generating the DNS record itself is free and instant with any of a dozen online tools — that was never the hard part.

The actual friction is getting a Verified Mark Certificate from an authorized Certificate Authority, which needs a registered trademark, real paperwork, and a cost (roughly $1,300+/year) paid directly to the issuer — plus making sure the logo file meets the exact restricted SVG spec and actually renders correctly across Gmail, Yahoo, and Apple Mail. We run that whole process for you, not just the DNS step.

How it's delivered

What we need from you to start

  • Your domain already at full DMARC enforcement (p=reject) — we confirm this before starting; if you're not there yet, DMARC Enforcement-as-a-Service gets you there first.
  • A high-resolution version of your logo (we prepare the compliant SVG file from it) and, if pursuing the Apple Mail / Gmail checkmark, whatever trademark registration documents you already have.
  • A DNS admin contact to publish the record. We coordinate the certificate paperwork directly with the issuing authority — you're never asked for DNS panel or registrar credentials.

How payment works

Priced by how much certificate coordination and rendering QA is needed on top of the DNS work. We confirm your DMARC status and quote a fixed price before starting; the certificate authority's own fee is billed separately, directly to them.

Once we agree on scope and a fixed price, we send a secure Razorpay payment link by email — no card details are ever handled outside Razorpay's own checkout. Nothing is billed before you've seen and approved the number.
